Refunds:
Incase of excess payments made against orders placed, on due verification, the same would be refunded within 10 to 15 working days via the original payment gateway.
FOR any reason whatsoever, u would like to cancel the order before shipment, the same needs to be done within 24 Hours from the time of order booking. Refund for the same, after deduction of necessary bank charges, will be done within 10 to 15 working days via original method of payment..
SUMAX reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason whatsoever and without any explanation for doing so.
However, SUMAX will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within 3 working days to the User and any applicable refund if so, will be made with 10 to 15 working days, from date of intimation, via original method of payment so received.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SUMAX be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this Agreement, even if SUMAX has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
Refund Policy
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
